Andriy Voznitsky. Archer

The sculpture Archer concludes the series  A Man with a Stone. If the first two figures symbolize struggling, overcoming obstacles and searching for the truth, Archer embodies self-assurance and the focus on one’s goals and victory.

The archer’s pose embodies inner strength, readiness to act and the desire to meet the goals he had set for himself. This work inspires faith in oneself and in one’s potential. His pose is not just about the readiness to act: it is a deeply symbolic gesture that reflects the harmony between one’s mind, intuition and the body. The bow is drawn, but the arrow is not yet loosed, underscoring the power of the moment in the here and now, of mindful waiting that endows each next step with confidence and meaning.

Archer speaks of overcoming not just external circumstances but also one’s inner doubts.
